Meetings
The Full Council meets every month on the second Tuesday at 7.15pm at Park House, Lanchester. There is no Ordinary meeting in August.
The council also has four sub-committees, Planning, Finance and General Purposes, Recreation and Appeals. The Council may also form ad-hoc informal committees to co-ordinate certain projects or tasks.
All meetings are open to the press and public and public participation is welcome.

Councillor Surgeries
Lanchester Parish Council has introduced open sessions to allow time for residents to speak to their councillors about issues that concern or affect them. These sessions are held at Park House, Station Road, Lanchester on the following times and dates:
